Fundamentals
Stance, grip, natural point of aim, sight alignment and sight picture, trigger control, follow-through and recoil management. Everything else is built on these.
Marksmanship training tailored to an individual or a group's needs, at a venue of your choosing. Undivided attention, measured on every repetition.
Why one-to-one
In a group session the instructor is watching everyone. One-to-one, they're watching only you — every grip, every press, every recovery — and correcting it before it becomes a habit you have to unlearn later.
Because the system scores every shot, we're not arguing about what happened. We can see the group size, the split times and exactly where the shot went when you rushed it. That turns coaching from opinion into evidence.
Sessions are tailored specifically to what you or your group need, and run at a venue you arrange — we bring the simulator, the replica pistols and rifles and everything else with us. Most people book one-to-one either because they've done a session and caught the bug, or because they've got something specific to prepare for.
The syllabus
Sessions are built around where you actually are, not a fixed script. These are the blocks we draw from.
Stance, grip, natural point of aim, sight alignment and sight picture, trigger control, follow-through and recoil management. Everything else is built on these.
Getting from ready to on-target consistently and quickly, without sacrificing the shot. Measured against the clock so progress is visible.
The trade-off between speed and precision, and how to find your own edge of it rather than someone else's. Split times, group size, scored.
Moving between multiple targets efficiently — where the eyes go, when the muzzle follows, and how to stop overshooting the transition.
Shoot / no-shoot scenarios where the wrong decision costs more than a slow one. Judgement under time pressure, then debriefed honestly.
Introducing pressure deliberately — clocks, scores, an audience, consequences — so performance holds up when it matters instead of falling apart.
Who it's for
Plenty of our one-to-one clients simply want to be good at something demanding. But we also train people with a specific goal in mind:
Tell us what you're working towards when you book and we'll shape the session around it.
Paid in advance. See terms.
Ready when you are
Tell us how many are coming and when suits — we'll confirm availability and a price.
