Corporate & group events

Wedding evenings, team-building, birthdays, stag and hen parties and client entertaining — we bring the simulator to your venue anywhere in East Sussex and the South East, scored head to head, with the whole thing run for you.

Why it works

Everyone starts on a level playing field

The problem with most team days is that somebody is always already good at it. Almost nobody has done this before, so the whole group starts from the same place — and the ones who end up on top are rarely the ones you'd expect.

Because every shot is scored automatically, we can run it as a proper competition: individual ladders, team totals, head-to-head knockouts, a final round with everyone watching. There's a winner at the end and a leaderboard to argue about afterwards.

And because we're mobile, it happens where you already are — your function room, your office, the hotel you've booked. It's indoors, so the forecast is irrelevant. It's seated-optional and low-impact, so fitness levels don't exclude anyone.

Who books us

Groups we run regularly

Corporate team days

Departments, away days, sales incentives and client entertaining. Scored team formats, a clear winner, and something people genuinely remember.

Wedding evenings

Something for the evening guests beyond another round at the bar — and one of the few things a room full of mixed ages will all have a go at.

Stag & hen parties

A competitive hour or two before the rest of the day starts. Everyone can take part, nobody needs to be sporty, and it's an easy sell to the whole group.

Birthdays & celebrations

Ages 12 and up, so it works for a teenager's birthday as well as a fortieth. Under-18s need a parent or guardian with them for the session.

Clubs & societies

Sports clubs, shooting clubs, cadet units and social groups looking for something different that still has a real skill element to it.

Uniformed & security teams

Group sessions with a training slant for security teams, door supervisors and anyone preparing for a selection process. See training for structured courses.

Something else?

If you've got a format in mind — a tournament, a charity event, a two-team knockout — tell us and we'll build the session round it.

Planning it

How a group booking works

1

Tell us the shape of it

Numbers, rough date, how long you've got, what the occasion is — and where you'd like it held. Use the booking form or message us on WhatsApp.

2

We confirm slot and price

We'll come back with availability and a total based on group size and session length. Everything is priced per group, not per head.

3

Pay in advance to lock it in

Bookings are confirmed once paid. Cancel more than 48 hours out and you're refunded in full minus a 10% admin fee.

4

We come to you

We arrive, set up, and handle the brief, the format, the scoring and the leaderboard. You bring the group and the trash talk.

Your venue, your arrangement

We're a mobile operation, so your event runs at a venue of your choosing. Any hire arrangement needs to be made with the venue owner's permission — please get that agreed before confirming with us. If you're not sure a room is suitable, ask us first and we'll tell you straight.

Group size and supervision

We take groups of up to ten. Every participant under 18 must have a parent or guardian present with them for the whole allotted time slot — for a youth group booking, please make sure that's covered before you confirm.
